Hi Youth! I’m Caroline from Quebec City.
I have been working for QYC for over 3 years, but it has been a lovely first three months in this new Development Advisor position.
I couldn’t be more grateful to have this opportunity to continue working alongside youth. I used to be based in Kuujjuaq when I was in the General Manager position, but I’m now working remotely which allows me to see more my family and move around travelling, as I love.

Being the General Manager for almost 2 and a half years was an amazing learning experience. It was sometimes challenging, but also very interesting to be able to push the limit of what we can do as a small young Council. I wish long life to this beautiful organization, hoping for QYC to continue being a source of inspiration and connection for youth. In my new role, I wish I can maintain the organizational memory, providing support and knowledge so people can make decisions that are well-informed and tailored to the current situation. I see my role of advisor as an ally to leaders creating a vision of success for the future, ensuring the organization can blossom and develop. I’m thrilled about this new professional endeavour! Let’s dream big for the youth of Nunavik and Chisasibi; life is magical so let’s make the most of it!
